Eats On Demand Refund Policy
Effective Date: April 11, 2025

1. No Refund Policy

All payments to Eats On Demand for software subscriptions, services, or hardware are final and non-refundable. By making a purchase, you agree to the following:

• No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Subscription fees (monthly or annual)

  • Partial usage periods

  • Unused services

  • Product dissatisfaction

  • Early service termination (see Section 2)

• No exceptions will be made to this policy.

2. Contractual Commitments & Early Termination Fees

For customers on fixed-term contracts (e.g., 12 or 24 months):

• You are financially committed to the entire contract term.

• If you choose to cancel before the contract ends:

  • You will be charged 100% of the remaining balance immediately.

  • This final payment is non-negotiable and processed automatically.

Example:
Canceling a 24-month contract after 6 months will result in a charge for the remaining 18 months.

3. Subscription Management

• Month-to-month plans: Auto-renewal can be canceled at any time. However, no refunds will be issued for the current billing period.

• Fixed-term contracts: Cannot be canceled early without incurring the full remaining contract balance.

4. Free Trials & Promotional Offers

• Free trials will automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless canceled before the trial period ends.

• No refunds will be given if you fail to cancel within the trial period.

• Promotional pricing becomes void if the contract is terminated early.

5. Hardware Purchases

All hardware sales (e.g., tablets, printers) are final. No returns or refunds will be accepted for reasons including:

• Compatibility issues

• Buyer’s remorse

• Minor cosmetic damage

6. Chargeback Policy

Filing an unauthorized chargeback or payment dispute will result in:

• Immediate service termination

• A $50 dispute fee

• Potential legal action to recover owed funds

7. Service Termination by Eats On Demand

We reserve the right to terminate your service without refund for:

• Violations of our Terms of Service

• Fraudulent activity

• Payment disputes or chargebacks
