(“Eats on Demand,” “we,” “us,” “our”) collects, uses, and discloses Personal Data of customers using our websites: www.eatsondemand.com, www.eatsondemand.io,www.eatsondemand.net,  or any associated platforms and applications (collectively referred to as “Eats on Demand Platform”).

At Eats on Demand, we are committed to protecting the privacy of our customers. By visiting or using the Eats on Demand Platform, you consent to the collection, use, storage, disclosure, and transfer of your Personal Data as outlined in this Statement. In some cases, we may ask for explicit consent to process Personal Data differently than described here. However, sometimes consent is implied by your actions with us.

1. Payment and Vendor Interaction

Payment operations are outsourced to third-party processors like Stripe, and Eats on Demand does not store full credit card information, except for the first and last four digits. Any issues with your food order should be resolved by directly contacting the vendor, as Eats on Demand does not provide customer service or phone support for vendor-related concerns.

When you place an order for delivery, communication between you and the courier or vendor is also collected for customer service and fraud prevention purposes.

1. Reviews

We may offer you the chance to submit reviews of couriers or vendors on the Eats on Demand Platform. For reviews, we may process:

• Review content

When a review is published, your first name and the initial of your last name may be made public. Vendors may also respond to your feedback. You consent to us using your review in marketing or advertising materials without disclosing your full contact information.
